The Bangladesh flag has a red
disc that represents the blood shed in its struggle for freedom.
The disc is off center towards the hoist so that it can be seen
when the flag is flying. The green in the flag stands for the
agriculture, lush landscape and Muslim faith.
Each flag shown is
the flag used by that
nation's government and displayed at the U.N.
headquarters. Where noted the "civil" flag is also
available. It is identical to the "government" flag except
the seal is omitted.
Flags for Outdoor use are made of 100% heavyweight
nylon and finished with strong canvas headings and brass
grommets.
