The Botswana flag has black,
blue and white stripes to signify the coexistence of the black and
white citizens under the African blue sky. The blue also
represents the importance of water to the country's well being.
Each flag shown is
the flag used by that
nation's government and displayed at the U.N.
headquarters. Where noted the "civil" flag is also
available. It is identical to the "government" flag except
the seal is omitted.
Flags for Outdoor use are made of 100% heavyweight
nylon and finished with strong canvas headings and brass
grommets.
