The Brunei flag has a yellow
background that represents the authority of the Sultan. The white
and black stripe represent the authority of the two Sultan's
wazirs (ministers). The flag also contains the country's coat of
arms in red. The inscription on the crescent reads; Under Gods
Guidance the Good Shall Prosper. The inscription on the scroll
reads; Brunei, City of Peace.
Each
flag shown is the flag used by that
nation's government and displayed at the U.N.
headquarters. Where noted the "civil" flag is also
available. It is identical to the "government" flag except
the seal is omitted.
Flags for Outdoor use are made of 100% heavyweight
nylon and finished with strong canvas headings and brass
grommets.
