National colours of Guinea are
red, yellow and green. They are displayed vertically, in three
equally wide stripes. They are the same as those of Ghana (which
are displayed horizontally). Their adoption symbolizes the
continuity of the human emancipation movement.
Each
flag shown is the flag used by that
nation's government and displayed at the U.N.
headquarters. Where noted the "civil" flag is also
available. It is identical to the "government" flag except
the seal is omitted.
Flags for Outdoor use are made of 100% heavyweight
nylon and finished with strong canvas headings and brass
grommets.
