The flag of Ecuador uses the
same colors as the Colombian and Venezuela flags. The colors were
adopted by Francisco De Miranda in 1806. It also contains the
state coat of arms.
Each
flag shown is the flag used by that
nation's government and displayed at the U.N.
headquarters. Where noted the "civil" flag is also
available. It is identical to the "government" flag except
the seal is omitted.
Flags for Outdoor use are made of 100% heavyweight
nylon and finished with strong canvas headings and brass
grommets.
