These flagpole top adapters are used in
mounting a truck that has a spindle threading of 1-1/4" NPT and the pole
does not have a threaded plug installed. The pole top adapter is tapped 1-1/4" NPT
and is designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and is secured by three
1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screws. Please specify color when ordering.
Sizes available for flagpole top diameters of 2-3/8" to 6".

More Info.
Pole top adapters can be used to provide the threaded
plug to accept a threaded style truck on flagpoles made of aluminum,
fiberglass and wood. Pole top adapters can effectively be used to repair
flagpoles that need a new truck when the old cannot be cleanly unthreaded.
In this case the pole can be cut below the old truck and a pole top adapter
of the appropriate size installed to receive the new truck.
